Our story started on a sunny day in early January in the rocky mountains. Fraser was on a trip with 16 friends from Saskatchewan and Vanessa had a trip planned with a group of friends from her home city of Montreal. Vanessa walked into a restaurant chalet on the mountain where Fraser was having lunch and the rest is history!

From that day, together we have been building what is our dream life. We love our family, we love our friends, and you could say we love all things real estate.

We have been personally purchasing real estate since 2010 and we grew our business from a simple idea and hard work. As time went by, we slowly saved up more money to buy more revenue properties. We did more and more renovations, Vanessa pursued her education in Interior Design and we grew more comfortable and learned some valuable lessons with our own money. Fast forward to today, we now manage large scale client renovations and invest and manage 16+ unit apartment complexes.
